  I've gone there a couple times in the past two weeks to see if the ball python I want is still there and still friendly and the workers there are super kind (except for the register lady) and the guy who handled the animals yesterday when I went was super helpful to my mom, who was the only one that needed convincing to get one. He was also very knowledgeable about his animals he was taking care of and was very reasonable when she was asking if they bit and stuff by saying "They can but chances are they won't and if they did it would be because they feel threatened. Other than that though they're very chill and docile and it doesn't even hurt if they do nip you because they have very small teeth that 90% of the time don't break skin." And he was overall wonderful. I would definitely go back and get more reptiles and animals from them!
